Weather inshore tonight until 6pm on Friday will be cold and misty at places at first, partly cloudy to cloudy with chance of scattered rain, the Department of Meteorology said in its daily weather report.
Offshore, it will be partly cloudy to cloudy with chance of rain at times, the report added, warning of strong wind and high sea.
Wind inshore will be northwesterly 05 - 15 KT Gusting to 20 KT at times at places. Offshore, it will be northwesterly 8 - 18 KT gusting to 23 KT at times.
Sea state inshore will be 1 - 3 FT rises to 4 FT at times. Offshore, it will be 3 - 5 FT rises to 7 FT at times.
