Weather inshore until 6pm on Thursday will be slightly dusty at times, becoming relatively cold to moderate temperature daytime with scattered clouds, cold by night, Department of Meteorology said in its daily weather report, warning of strong wind at places.
Offshore will be scattered clouds with chance of rain at times, the report added, warning of strong wind and high sea.
Wind inshore will be northwesterly at a speed of 10 to 20 knot gusting to 26 knot at places, decreasing 05 to 15 knot by night.
Offshore, it will be northwesterly at a speed of 15 to 25 knot gusting 30 knot at times.
Visibility will be 4 to 8 kilometres.
Sea state inshore will be 3 to 5 feet. Offshore it will be 4 to 8 feet surging to 10 feet at times.
