The organising committee of the 25th Gulf Football Cup "Gulf 25" developed a special program to raise awareness of fans' ties to reflect a civilized image of Iraqi fans and sports.
In a statement on Monday, the deputy chairman of the organizing committee of Gulf 25, Mohammad Nasser Shakroun, said that the organizing committee has made it a priority to raise awareness of the fans who will be present at the stadiums.
He pointed out that the sports fans in Iraq have enough awareness and culture to deal with such large tournaments as the Gulf 25.
The deputy chairman of the organizing committee stressed that Gulf 25 is a challenging tournament for them and will be exceptional in all technical and organizational aspects after its absence from Iraq since 1979.
