HE the Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Khalid bin Khalifa bin Abdulaziz al-Thani met on Thursday with members of the security committee and the entities participating in securing the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 tournament at the theatre of the Ministry of Interior. During the meeting, HE the Prime Minister conveyed the greetings of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani, and thanks to the participating members of the security committee for their appreciated efforts in securing and organising the tournament.
HE Sheikh Khalid conveyed his congratulation to them for the historic achievement made by the tournament, lauding the team spirit of the members of the security force, and wishing them success in their work. The meeting was attended by a number of ministers, along with senior officials in several security sectors in Qatar. (QNA)
