A Cake Festival and Bake and Cake Promotion are on at Safari, a leading retail hypermarket group in Doha, it was announced Tuesday.
A cake cutting ceremony to mark the opening was graced by Safari Group chairman Aboobakar Madappat, director and group general manager Zainul Abideen and other Safari management representatives.
The Cake Festival, organised by Safari Bakery and Hot Foods, features a wide range of cakes and pastries for Christmas and New Year. Rich Plum Cake, Dates & Fig Plum Cake, Surprise Plum Cake, Premium Plum Cake, Decorated Christmas Cakes, Fresh Cream Cake, Christmas Yulelog Cake, Christmas Cream Cake, Ginger House and Christmas Cookies are available in the Safari Bakery & Hot Food category.
"The cakes and pastries are made by Safari's own production unit using premium quality ingredients under the guidance of expert cake makers. Institutions and organisations can pre-book and purchase cakes from any of the Safari outlets," it was explained.
"Under the Safari Bake and Cake promotion, all the ingredients and kitchen utensils needed for cooking is offered at a very affordable price under one umbrella. The promo features a wide range of cake making products such as butter, whip cream, frozen fruit and cake mixes, as well as a variety of kitchen utensils such as cake molds, cake pan, electric oven, cake mixer, and dry fruit icing.
