Rixos Gulf Hotel Doha organised its first Qatar National Day (QND) event after it opened recently, as 'a stunning reimagined property on the site of Doha’s first ever and much-loved historic 5-star hotel of the 1970s'. The Rixos QND celebration event kicked off with a cake cutting to celebrate Qatar and its government for staging the hugely successful World Cup, a statement said.
The highlight of the event was the Rixos Qatari Corner that included activities such as the traditional Arda, henna painting and Arabic calligraphy. Also, traditional Qatari dishes were served. Rixos became the first 5-star all-inclusive all-exclusive hotel and beach resort to open in Qatar, reiterating the brand’s commitment to offering a fresh perspective on discerning travellers’ idea of paradise, the statement explained. "Rixos has redefined the meaning of all-inclusive luxury by creating meaningful experiences from a blend of abundant cuisines, sports activities, professional entertainment, kids’ activities and immersive spa experiences. "Guests at Rixos Gulf Hotel Doha enjoyed being part of the Qatar National Day celebrations and appreciated the memorable culinary event featuring the delectable cake cutting."
