His Highness the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani, held a reception ceremony for leaders of brotherly and friendly countries, and heads of delegations participating in the closing ceremony of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, at Lusail Stadium Sunday evening.
The reception was attended by His Highness Personal Representative of the Amir Sheikh Jassim bin Hamad al-Thani, and a number of Sheikhs and ministers.
The ceremony was attended by President of the International Federation of Football Associations (FIFA) Gianni Infantino.
During the reception, conversations and views were exchanged on a number of topics, especially those related to the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, where the visiting leaders of friendly countries congratulated the Amir on the successful organisation of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, wishing success to Qatar in the upcoming international events. His Highness the Amir welcomed the leaders of brotherly and friendly countries to Qatar, wishing them a pleasant stay.
