Qatar Postal Services Company (Qatar Post) announced the launch of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 Closing Ceremony Stamp, which is the latest in a series of postage stamps for the World Cup.
This comes within the framework of the agreement signed with FIFA, according to which Qatar Post became the official provider of postage stamps for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022.
Like previous editions, the launch of the closing stamp marks the end of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 stamp series that documents all tournament-related events, celebrations and preparations organised by Qatar.
Through a group of distinctive stamps, each of which embodies the unique culture of the State of Qatar, the first Arab country to host the World Cup, this will be the eleventh and final edition of the stamp series.
One stamp will be sold to the public for QR22 per set, with a printed quantity of 30,000 copies, 7,000 envelopes, 6,000 postcards and 1,000 VIP folders.
