Offshore, it will be scattered clouds to partly cloudy at times, the report added. Wind inshore will be variable Mainly Northwesterly 05 - 15 KT.
Offshore, it will be northwesterly 5 - 15 KT Gusting 20 KT later.
Sea state inshore will be 1 to 3 feet. Offshore, it will be 2 to 4 feet, reach 6 feet later.
