Sheikh Dr Khalid bin Thani meets Serbian Minister of Tourism and Youth

QIIB chairman Sheikh Dr Khalid bin Thani bin Abdullah al-Thani, who is also second deputy chairman of the Qatari Businessmen Association (QBA), has received Serbia’s Minister of Tourism and Youth Affairs Hussein Memic during his visit to Qatar.
During the visit, Sheikh Dr Khalid hosted a lunch, which was attended by the Serbian minister, along with Anis Buhik, State Secretary and the Deputy of the Minister of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure, and Rasim Ljacic, former Serbian Minister of Tourism and Communications.
QIIB CEO Dr Abdubasit Ahmed al-Shaibei and a number of guests also attended the meeting.
Sheikh Dr Khalid accompanied Memic during the match of the Serbian team against Brazil, which was held at Lusail Stadium. Memic lauded Qatar for the impressive organisation of the FIFA World Cup in Qatar and expressed his admiration for the design of the stadiums and the urban renaissance in Qatar. He also wished success for his country and the Qatar national team and wished success for this distinguished tournament.
