Picpa Doha holds 15th anniversary gala

The Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants Doha celebrated its 15th anniversary gala night with a Bridgerton-inspired theme and more than 60 participants.
In his opening speech, president Christian Dave Barrameda highlighted the continuous commitment of Picpa Doha to empower its members through adaptive, competitive, and holistic activities and engagements.
Founding chairman Lyndon sent his congratulations via video message, reminiscing about the milestones achieved and accomplishments of the organisation in the past 15 years. Prime Financial Solutions business development manager Chris Biglete and financial consultant Tarek Choudhury gave a presentation.
Among the highlights was the continuous rivalry for the best team title between Team Kutsara and Team Tinidor.
The winners were - cotillion ball tournament (Team Kutsara), Tawag ng Hapag-Tanghalan/singing competition (Team Tinidor - Ariel Teologo), Mr and Ms Picpa 2022-2023 (Team Kutsara - Vince Meroe Desuasido and Team Tinidor - Kandy Cypress Pagsolingan), and T-Shirt design competition (Team Tinidor - Marcell Casinay). Team Tinidor bagged the best in attendance award and was declared the best team of the night.
