The ‘Commerce and Entrepreneurship’ club of DPS Modern Indian School hosted its first-ever ‘Entrepreneurship Jamboree’ for students of grade IX recently. Over 200 students put up stalls to sell products according to their business idea. The stalls ranged from food items and arcade games to science experiments. The students took turns as buyers and sellers which gave them an insight into the business world. The day was concluded with the profit-loss determination of each stall. Principal Asna Nafees said the programme helped students understand the concept of business and entrepreneurship. “This learning experience was truly enjoyable to all those who were involved," said vice principal Soma Bhattacharjee. The mentors were Nasima Shaikh, Jasmeet Kaur, Shaloo Jha and Jaya Majumder
