Winners of “SSM and Win” competition with Qtel executives at the Qtel Tower
Qtel has awarded the prizes in its “SSM and Win” competition, which provided a special incentive for customers to use its nationwide network of self-service machines (SSM).
The competition, which ran from November to early January, saw every customer who used a Qtel SSM being entered into a special prize draw to win one of 20 monthly prizes.
In the final prize-giving ceremony, customers from across Qatar gathered at the Qtel headquarters to receive a selection of exciting prizes, awarded by Qtel’s customer services team.
With the largest network of SSMs in Qatar – more than 200 and growing– Qtel “made it easy” for customers to access and pay bills for instant credit into their accounts.
The SSMs are available round-the-clock, Qtel said.
“Self-service machines are an easy option for topping up Hala accounts, prepaid mobile broadband, Ebhar internal vouchers, Q-card for landline and payphones, and Dawali vouchers for international calling and most recently added Kahrama bill payments for customer convenience. Shahry customers can pay their Shahry account, mobile broadband, residential fixed line or Mozaic TV bills instantly. The national SSM network also supports the company’s environmental initiative, which aims to support a greener, cleaner Qatar. By reducing the number of paper-based transactions, Qtel SSMs are helping to reduce the amount of litter and wasted resources,” Qtel said.
