Al-Khulaifi: “A milestone for the cultural village.’
The Katara Cultural Village has unveiled a new website design and image, representing a milestone in its history.
“Migrating to a new website that not only represents what we stand for as a business but also clearly conveys the progress we have made since our inception is a very important step for us. At Katara, we are committed to fostering a platform for world renowned arts and culture initiatives and an integral part of this is ensuring that all our communications platforms reflect that. In this way, we convey our brand’s attributes while constantly enhancing our solid, leading position across Qatar and the Arab region,” Katara president Abdulrahman al-Khulaifi said.
The new website represents a one-stop shop, incorporating key information about Katara, all of which reflect the role it plays as a cultural hub in Qatar and the Arab region.
The new look and feel represent the stability and strength on which Katara has been built on, yet also encompasses the innovation that is fast becoming a trademark of Katara following the many successful cultural initiatives it brought the region this year.
The unveiling of the new website follows a long process of brand development and research, and is a direct outcome of the progress Katara has made since its inception in 2010.
“I would like to take this opportunity to thank the team that has seen this assignment through to its successful conclusion. As we build on the success we have achieved to date, we are keeping our eyes firmly fixed on the future and continue to cement Katara as a leading cultural hub throughout the region,” he added.
