Hussein Alfardan and other VIPs cutting the ribbon at the unveiling ceremony
Ahmed Hassan Bilal Trading and Contracting Company has unveiled the Bilal Pearl Suites Project on the Pearl-Qatar to an audience of more than 300 invited guests.
The ceremony was attended by a number of ambassadors to Qatar, United Development Corporation (UDC) chairman Hussein Ibrahim Alfardan, VIPs and senior managers from the fields of banking and hospitality, as well as Majid Sami, the founder and president of INI, Hannover, Germany.
UDC is the developer and owner of the Pearl-Qatar.
Ahmed Hassan Bilal, speaking to Gulf Times, said that he is proud of the exceptional quality of the project, which has come at significant cost but has achieved significant results, as a number of hotel managers have praised the high standards of the new address.
He confirmed that the Suites should be complete by the end of this month, and people are already clamoring to move in to the fully-furnished luxury residence.
Bilal Pearl Suites is located on Parcel 10 of the Viva Bahriya phase of the Pearl, and is the first structure to commence at this location.

Officials associated with the project said that the tower was designed by drawing inspiration from the sea and life itself.
The Bilal Pearl Suites project features a grand entrance lobby and reception area, a well-appointed conference room and business centre, a multi-purpose function hall, coffee and snack bar, and a gym.
The upper floors boast a combination of 175 studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom suites and penthouse apartments, all furnished with custom Italian, German and Spanish fittings and furnishings.
Projects design manager Mhairi Murphy said that although the fittings contributing to the aesthetics are rather expensive, practicality was the utmost concern, with issues such as storage and space given careful consideration.
The Bilal Pearl Suites project also features nine chalets overlooking the sea, with open terraces and party areas.
Recreation is at the forefront of the Bilal Pearl Suites Project, with a swimming pool fitted with sunk-in seating, water-massage for neck and shoulders, Jacuzzi with water-curtain capsule, large drop-down televisions, barbecue terrace and a play area for children.
