Ten civilians died in attacks in Ukraine's rebel-held city of Donetsk on Wednesday, including from a shell that hit a school on the first day of class, regional authorities said, blaming pro-Russian rebels.
"Four people died and eight were injured" when a shell landed near a school in the north of the city and six more when another shell hit a public minibus, the pro-Kiev Donetsk regional government said in a statement.
