Qatar Airways is set to increase flight frequencies to multiple popular destinations across the globe during the peak winter holiday season, as part of the efforts to provide greater choice and seamless connectivity to passengers, via the airline’s home and hub Hamad International Airport (HIA).
The national carrier is also launching its inaugural services to Dusseldorf, the airline’s fourth destination in Germany, with daily flights from November 15.
Qatar Airways Group chief executive HE Akbar al-Baker, said: “With Qatar Airways developing its network with greater frequencies while also recently adopting Avios as its loyalty currency, passengers are positioned to benefit from travelling with the World’s Best Airline to key destinations around the globe.”
Qatar Airways increased its network in the following countries: Singapore, from 14 weekly to 21 weekly effective October 30; Bali, from seven weekly to 14 weekly effective December 6; Abu Dhabi, from 21 to 28 weekly flights effective December 21; Amsterdam, from seven to 10 weekly flights effective December 21; Almaty, from four to seven weekly flights effective January 1, 2023; Dublin, from 11 to 12 weekly flights effective January 3, 2023; Cape Town, from 10 to 14 weekly effective January 6, 2023; Hong Kong, from seven to 11 weekly flights effective January 16, 2023; Lusaka and Harare, from five to seven weekly flights effective January 17, 2023; Ho Chi Minh, from seven to 10 weekly flights effective January 20, 2023; Hanoi, from seven to 10 weekly flights effective January 20, 2023; and Adelaide and Auckland, from five to seven weekly flights effective January 22, 2023.
