The Ministry of Education and Higher Education honoured the gifted students who won the 'My disability is the secret of my talent' competition in its fourth edition, which was held this year under the slogan 'World Cup Qatar 2022'. HE the Minister of Education and Higher Education Buthaina bint Ali al-Jabr al-Nuaimi distributed certificates to the winners -- 24 male and female students -- in the various branches, stages and levels of the competition such as memorising the Holy Qur'an, the short story, rhetoric, recitation and artistic creativity, in addition to honouring the arbitrators in these fields. Director of Special Education and Gifted Care Department at the Ministry of Education and Higher Education Hanadi Mansour al-Khater affirmed the ministry's keenness to provide equal opportunities for its students with disabilities, in order to highlight their talents and creativity, in line with the ministry's vision of providing permanent and innovative learning opportunities of high quality to the Qatari community.
