His Highness the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani received Tuesday the Arab Tourism Necklace of Excellent Class from the Arab Tourism Organisation, in appreciation of His Highness the Amir's pioneering efforts in promoting and developing joint Arab action in various sectors, especially tourism, and the prominent role of Qatar in this sector.
The honour was bestowed when His Highness the Amir met President of the Arab Tourism Organisation Dr Bandar bin Fahd al-Fahid and his accompanying delegation at the Amiri Diwan.
