HE the Minister of Municipality Dr Abdulaziz Turki al-Subaie carried out an inspection visit recently at the headquarters of the Rental Disputes Settlement Committee.
He toured the various sections of the committee, including the customer service, the judges' halls, the courts' halls and the offices.
The minister also listened to a detailed presentation on the various procedures, specialties and tasks of the committee.
On the sidelines of the visit, HE Dr al-Subaie held a meeting with the assistant undersecretaries and department directors to discuss the work of the committee and how to further improve the procedures to guarantee justice for the applicants.
The minister also stressed the need to link the work of the committee with the related judicial entities that follow the same cases to help in raising customers' satisfaction indicators.
HE Dr al-Subaie further gave directives for the development of the committee’s performance, as wells as the creation of an administrative unit to regulate and develop the work of the committee.
