Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) has announced the operating hours of its services during the Eid Al Fitr holidays.
The Trauma and Emergency Centre continues to operate as normal throughout 24-hours during the holiday period. The Paediatric Emergency Centres will also remain open 24-hours-a-day for medical emergencies involving children under 14 years.
Ambulance Service will continue to operate 24-hours-a-dayfor people requiring emergency medical assistance
HMC Contact Centre will continue to work normal operating hours during the Eid holidays from 7am to 10pm.
Outpatient clinics will be closed from May 1 to 9. However limited clinics will be operating on May 8 and 9. Urgent Consultation Service will be closed from May1 to 9 and reopens on May 10.
The National Mental Health Helpline will be closed on May 1 to 3 and reopen on May 4 to 6 from 9am to 5pm. On May 8 service will resume from 7am to 3pm.
The Pharmacy Home Delivery Service will be closed from May 1 to 9. HMC's Blood Donor Centres will be closed on May 2 and 3.
The Blood Donor Centre at Bayt Al Diyafah will re-open on May 4 and will be operational from 8am to 8pm and will be closed on Friday. The Blood Donor Centre at the Surgical Specialty Centre will re-open on May 4 and will be working from 9am to 5pm and will remain closed on Friday.
