Waseef Company in cooperation with the Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC), has held a blood donation campaign in the Mesaimeer Residences, Al Sailiya Residences and Barwa Village projects.
The campaign stems from Waseef’s commitment to support social responsibility while emphasising its active role in community service and developing community awareness about the value and importance of blood donation, a statement said.
Such initiatives also replenish the stock at HMC Blood Donor Unit. The campaign received a wide response, and a large number of residents donated blood, under the supervision of an HMC medical team. Waseef Company implemented all Covid-19 precautionary measures while providing all necessary facilities to the HMC medical staff.
