The Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) Wednesday reported 123 new confirmed cases of Covid-19 during the past 24 hours, and recorded 151 recoveries from the virus, bringing the total number of cases recovered in Qatar to 359,445.
In a statement, the MoPH said that 122 of the new confirmed cases were among the community and one case among travellers.
It pointed out that 6,619,291 Covid-19 vaccine doses have been administered since the start of the vaccination programme, adding that 12,106 Covid-19 vaccine doses have been administered in the past 24 hours.
The ministry further added that 1,441,848 Covid-19 booster vaccine doses have been administered till date, explaining that 88.7% of the total population are now fully vaccinated with two doses.
