His Highness the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani and French President Emmanuel Macron discussed friendship and co-operation ties between the two countries and ways to strengthen and develop them in various fields, especially economic, investment, defence, security, educational and development, in a way that achieves the mutual interests of the two friendly countries.
The talks, which took place at the Amiri Diwan Friday evening, dealt with exchanging opinions and views on a number of regional and international issues of joint interest, especially the latest developments in the region.
The talks were attended by a number of Their Excellencies the ministers. On the French side, they were attended by members of the official delegation accompanying President Macron.(QNA)
