Staff and students of the Birla Public School recently took the 'Integrity pledge'. At the event at the main campus, Harish Sanduja, academic director and principal, led the assembly and initiated the oath-taking ceremony. Rajesh Pillai, vice principal, co-scholastics, was also present. The Central Vigilance Commission, an apex integrity institution of India, had declared October 26 to November 1 as Vigilance Awareness Week to encourage the fight against corruption. This year's theme was ‘Independent India @ 75: Self Reliance with Integrity.
