United Development Company (UDC), the master developer of The Pearl-Qatar and Gewan Island, is gearing up to participate at Cityscape Qatar 2021 where it will exclusively launch the first phase of Crystal Residence apartment sales at Gewan Island.
Gewan Island is UDC’s latest world-class mixed-use development adjacent to the company’s other flagship development, The Pearl-Qatar.
As one of Qatar’ leading real estate developers, UDC will also unveil a series of unique properties for sales and leasing at The Pearl-Qatar, including Giardino Gardens compound villas in Giardino Village and other distinguished properties in Porto Arabia, Medina Centrale, and Qanat Quartier.
Crystal Residence consists of 15 luxurious six-to-seven-storey-high mixed-use buildings that sit at the heart of Gewan Island within a lively commercial and residential district, arranged around the canopied pedestrian zone and Qatar’s longest ‘climatised Crystal Walkway’.
Crystal Residence consists of a total of 586 apartments overlooking the seaside or the Crystal Walkway and including one to three-bedroom units ranging from 90 to 240sqm and four-bedroom duplexes with an area of 365sqm. Residents have also access to exclusive world-class leisure facilities, in addition to retail, entertainment, and dining outlets on the ground floor available to the public with ample parking spaces underground.
UDC has designed a range of attractive in-house financing plans and promotional leasing offers to allow potential buyers or tenants to benefit from its prized investment products and the chance to experience a premium lifestyle within amenity-rich residences amidst a vibrant community with retail, parks, beaches, and service hubs in the vicinity.
On the second and third days of the exhibition, UDC will be signing major contracts related to the leasing of strategic retail locations at Gewan Island, in addition to Giardino Mall and Porto Arabia at The Pearl-Qatar. The Pearl-Qatar welcomes approximately 28mn visitors annually and features more than 350 operational retail and F&B stores, which demonstrates its leading position as a preferred lifestyle, shopping, dining, and leisure destination.
Gewan Island is equally set to become Qatar’s most prestigious address and will be characterised by chic residences, luxurious villas, and private island mansions. It will also be the go-to place for luxury shopping and leisure as it will house an exclusive selection of upscale retail and F&B brands within an air-conditioned outdoor Crystal Walkway and seaside promenade, in addition to the award-winning ‘Corinthia Gewan Island Qatar’ hotel with its connected golf course and beach club. The project will accommodate 3,500 residents and is expected to be completed by 2023.
UDC’s stand at Cityscape Qatar 2021, No D10, will be located at the exhibition’s entrance and will extend over an area of 900sq m displaying huge models of The Pearl-Qatar and Gewan Island, in addition to models of Corinthia Yacht Club in Porto Arabia and Corinthia Gewan Island Qatar hotel.
Stand visitors will be able to meet with UDC’s specialised sales team to learn more about existing investment opportunities and offers, as well as the company’s latest commercial and residential projects and their characteristics from October 17 to 19 from 12 noon to 8pm.
