Doha Festival City (DHFC) announced the launch of its anticipated loyalty programme, Festival Rewards Qatar, allowing customers to enjoy a variety of benefits and a host of offers across selected brands.
Home to some of the world’s most famous brands, many of which have made their Qatar debut at the mall, DHFC brings the best in retail and dining experiences to its vast number of shoppers.
The Festival Rewards programme, which forms part of DHFC’s commitment to giving back to the community, is a lifestyle and loyalty mobile application centered around enabling customers to reap as much rewards as possible when spending in the mall.
Top brands participating in the programme include retailers such as Little Milano Kids, Splash, Magrabi, Tally Weijl, Kashkha, Tuzun, Speroni, Oryx Dry Clean, Gift Shed, McDonalds, Burger King, CinnZeo, Molten Chocolate Café, Shamiana, Magic Wok, Coffee Bike, Cold Stone Creamery, Angelina Paris, Carcluccio’s, Wagamama, and more.
The app is free to download and register on iOS and Android and features a number of offers. These include buy one, get one free deals, up to 50% discounts on selected items, through to more indulgent offers such as free services and products from select retailers. Users can scroll to see the various reward offers and avail them at the respective retailer at the mall.
Divided in several categories including Food and Beverage (F&B), Beauty and Fitness, Atractions and Leisure, Fashion and Mall Services, the app has a user-friendly set-up, offering easy access to relevant retailers and deals.
The app’s filter option allows users to save time while browsing; once the deal selected, the shopper confirms by tapping on it, and the store enters their PIN to complete the process. Saved amount is displayed after each purchase, and added to total savings the user can choose to redeem whenever suitable.

To register for the Festival Rewards Qatar App, customers need to go to App Store on iPhone or Google Play Store on android smartphones, search for ‘Festival Rewards Qatar’, download the App, register with their details and start availing all the amazing rewards on offer.
