The Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MoCI), in co-operation with Nasser Bin Khaled Automobiles, announced the recall of Mercedes-Benz GLC model of 2016 due to due to a possibility that the link between the gas lines of the damping system does not match the factory specifications, affecting the cooling process.
The recall campaign comes within the framework of the MoCI’s continuous efforts to protect consumers and ensure that dealers follow up on vehicle defects and repairs.
The MoCI said that it will co-ordinate with the dealer to follow up on the maintenance and repair works and will communicate with customers to ensure that they carried out the necessary repairs.
The MoCI urged all customers to report any violations to its Consumer Protection and Anti-Commercial Fraud Department, which processes complaints, inquires and suggestions through the following channels:
