Indian airline Vistara has announced that it will operate flights between Delhi and Doha from November 19 until December 31.
Flights can be booked at https://bit.ly/2GpIapk, the airline said in a tweet yesterday.
The flights will operate twice a week, Thursday and Sunday, in the said period. UK 283 will depart Delhi at 8pm and arrive in Doha at 9.45pm, while UK 284 will leave Doha at 10.45pm and reach Delhi at 5.10am the next day, according to information available on the airline's website.
Besides the website, bookings for these flights are now open on Vistara’s iOS and Android mobile apps, through online travel agencies and travel agents.
"The round-trip all-inclusive fares for Delhi-Doha-Delhi start at INR 15,499 and round-trip all-inclusive fares for Doha-Delhi-Doha start at QR669," the website adds.
Flights are being operated between Qatar and India under an air bubble arrangement among the two countries. The arrangement was recently extended until December 31.
Earlier, India’s Ministry of Civil Aviation had announced the creation of an air bubble with Qatar from August 18 to 31 for flights to and from either side, as agreed upon by Qatar’s Civil Aviation Authority.
The arrangement was then extended until October 31, followed by the latest extension by another two months.
An air bubble is a bilateral arrangement between two countries under which airlines from both countries can operate international flights with a set of regulations and restrictions.
