To celebrate the opening of its new campus, Compass International School Doha hosted an information and recruitment booth at the Mall of Qatar. The interactive booth welcomed over 50 families who had the opportunity to ask questions about the school’s facilities and academic programme, while children enjoyed a specially designed creativity area.
Compass International School Doha is gearing up to welcome students for the next academic year, with a significant number of students applying to attend the new Themaid Campus near Education City.
The school’s new Executive Principal Paul Holyome welcomed families who stopped by the booth and was on hand to answer questions about the admissions process and the school’s highly competitive academic curriculum.
Commenting on the event, he said: “I was thrilled to see so many families interested in our new state-of-the-art Themaid Campus, which will open this August.
At Compass International School Doha, we strive for excellence by offering high-quality education for students aged 3-19 years old in enhanced learning and nurturing environments to better prepare them for the future.”
Themaid Campus is Compass International School Doha’s fourth campus in Qatar, with the other three campuses located in Madinat Khalifa, Gharaffa and Rayyan. Themaid Campus, near to Education City and Mall of Qatar, is the school’s largest campus. The new state-of-the-art campus will offer students an exceptional learning environment from its well-equipped science laboratories and theatre to a 25-m swimming pool and specialist areas for design, technology and music.
The multitude of offerings across the four campuses include Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum, the Dutch Culture and Language programme, the French bilingual programme, the International Primary Curriculum, IGCSEs, and the IB Diploma Programme. A-Levels and BTEC vocational training will be added to the curriculum of the new Themaid Campus in the coming years.
Parents also discovered Compass International School Doha’s unique collaborations with world-renowned institutions such as The Juilliard School, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and Unicef, which enables students to have a wealth of innovative curricular experiences.
