Vodafone Qatar yesterday inaugurated its new local call centre in Al Sadd.
The “state-of-the-art” call centre will provide 24/7 end-to-end support for Vodafone Qatar’s customers over all its contact channels, the company said in a statement.
The new call centre is staffed with trained agents “who have received the highest levels of customer service training, and will manage the inquiries and requests of the company’s consumer and enterprise customers segments”, the statement notes.
Another distinctive feature will be telesales service to ensure that “customers are offered the best deals to enjoy Vodafone Qatar’s products and services”. 
Inaugurating the new centre, chief human resources officer Khames Mohamed al-Naimi said: “We are delighted to open our new modern call centre in Qatar. Vodafone Qatar has been always dedicated and committed to deliver a high-quality customer service on a daily basis and this call centre was designed using best practices to ensure just that.”
The call centre features an open environment offering “excellent working facilities for all customer care staff with state-of-the-art soundproof work stations”. 
The office set-up is completely wireless and agents are provided with the latest high-tech headsets with noise cancellation and sound optimisation.
The centre also houses a dedicated training facility, a cafeteria and prayer facilities for all customer-facing staff.
This world-class facility also offers online and classroom training with an innovation area designed to brings new ideas into Vodafone Qatar’s business.
