Chief of Protocol at the Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs Iwama Kiminori received a copy of the credentials of Qatar’s ambassador Hassan Mohamed Rafi’ al-Emmadi in Tokyo yesterday. The director of protocol wished the ambassador success in his assignment and further advancement in bilateral relations.

Ethiopian minister receives Qatar envoy’s credentials


State Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ethiopia, Hirut Zemene, has received a copy of the credentials of Qatar’s ambassador Hamad bin Mohamed al-Dosari, in Addis Ababa. The Ethiopian minister wished the ambassador success in his assignment and bilateral relations further development.

Iraq bombings

Qatar expressed its strong condemnation and denunciation of three explosions in different parts of Iraq, killing and injuring a number of people.
In a statement issued yesterday, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs renewed Qatar’s firm position against violence and terrorism regardless of their motives and reasons.
The statement also expressed the condolences of Qatar to the families of the victims and to the government and people of Iraq, wishing the injured speedy recovery.

Kabul attack

Qatar expressed its strong condemnation and denunciation of the explosion in front of an educational centre west of  Kabul, which led to dozens of deaths and injuries.
In a statement issued yesterday, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reiterated Qatar’s firm stance rejecting violence and terrorism, regardless of their motives and reasons.
The ministry expressed the condolences of Qatar to the victims’ families, the government and the people of Afghanistan, wishing a speedy recovery to the injured. - QNA
