Ooredoo has announced that thousands of Qatar’s organisations have adopted Ooredoo’s Office 365 business suite, driving new levels of digital business success.
With Office 365, Qatar’s organisations have access to an enterprise-grade productivity suite that bundles together Microsoft Outlook business e-mail, Microsoft Office business applications (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Sharepoint for file sharing, Microsoft OneDrive for cloud-based file storage, Skype for Business for collaboration and industry-leading ransomware protection, Ooredoo said in a press statement yesterday.
Yousuf Abdulla al-Kubaisi, COO of Ooredoo, said: “Thousands of Qatar’s business customers are already driving their digital business success, using the state-of-the-art Office 365 business suite. This easy-to-use, scalable and great-value cloud-based platform enables organisations to better manage their business communications and collaboration in real-time, delivering new levels of business success.”
Ooredoo’s Office 365 provides to business customers a “one-stop-shop for their collaboration needs, thanks to its trusted cloud partner status with its flexible and cost-effective monthly billing options, a simplified digital experience, and free e-mail migration and support”, the statement notes.
In Qatar, Ooredoo said it is seeing strong demand for the Business Platinum plan. The Platinum plan offers business email with 50GB of storage space, e-mail backup, 1 terabyte for online file storage, ransomware protection, file sharing and collaboration tools, and the complete Microsoft Office Suite that can be installed on up to five computers, five smartphones and five tablets per user.
Al-Kubaisi added, “Real-time communication and collaboration is at the heart of digital business. With employees increasingly working remotely and from mobile devices, our Platinum plan provides the optimal Microsoft Office 365 business suite to make it quick and simple for employees to collaborate on the go.”
