A total of 10,240 students will begin the final exams of the second semester of the General Certificate of Secondary Education (GCSE) in public and private Arabic schools on Monday.
The students will sit for their examinations in 59 centres inside and outside Doha, 32 of which are for boys and 27 for girls.
Director of the Evaluation Department of the Ministry of Education and Higher Education Fahad Ali al-Naama said that the Ministry has made all provisions to help the students to perform the tests in a calm and comfortable environment.
In a statement to Qatar News Agency (QNA), al-Naama called on the students to come on time, to concentrate well during the exams and abide by the instructions, wishing them all success.
The final exams will continue until June 6, while the second round tests are scheduled to take place from July 24 to August 2, 2018.
