Laduree has announced the opening of its second tea room in Doha. The new Laduree tea room is located in Doha Festival City overlooking the Snow and Ski Park. The opening ceremony, which took place on April 19, was attended by Sheikh Nawaf bin Nasser al-Thani, David Holder – chairman of Laduree worldwide, as well as a large number of prominent ambassadors and diplomats. A press statement describes the Laduree tea room in Doha Festival City as a “new place to experience a unique Laduree moment: the chefs of Laduree have put all of their talent and ‘savoir-faire’ to work, creating an exclusive menu of sweet and savoury dishes”. “A place to discover the iconic collection of macarons stored in their most beautiful boxes, the delicious viennoiseries and pastries signed by our executive ‘patisserie’ chefs from Laduree Paris, and a lot of other Laduree accessories (shopping bags, teas, perfumed candles and home fragrances…),” the statement noted.
