Qatar Foundation (QF) recently celebrated its National Programmes and Heritage Day (NPHD) 2018 at the Education City Student Centre.

Over the course of the two-day event, students from QF schools showcased their school projects related to the National Programmes, which include Islamic Studies, Qatari History, Arabic Language, and Qatari Heritage – a programme unique to QF schools.
The event, organised by Pre-University Education (PUE)'s Academic Affairs, part of QF, brought together students from Qatar Foundation schools to deliver performances and research projects in line with PUE’s vision of "Leading Learning".
Abeer al- Khalifa, executive director of Academic Affairs at PUE, said: “Through this event, we hope to inspire our students to seek out knowledge, as doing so will enable them to grow and become active citizens within their communities. I encourage all students to find ways to promote and celebrate their heritage while exploring different ways to best excel in education and learning.”
