The youth wing of Non-Resident Nepali Association-National Co-ordination Council (NRNA-NCC) recently organised a seminar on youth empowerment in Shalimar Restaurant. The seminar was chaired by Nabin Pokharel, NRNA-NCC chairperson, and was attended by NRNA-NCC officials and the representatives of various Nepali expatriate organisations.
During the seminar, Rajesh Kumar Poudel, a Doha-based medical doctor, provided training on health. Facilitators of the seminar namely, Kamalmani Guragain, Sagar Nepal, Kumar Karki Maya KC and Binesh Tamang stressed on the role of the youth in national development. They incorporated statistical evidence to make their arguments stronger. The participants welcomed the initiative and stressed on the role of the youths in societal and national development.
