HE the Minister of Municipality and Environment Mohammed bin Abdullah al-Rumaihi met yesterday with Singapore’s Minister for Foreign Affairs Dr Vivian Balakrishnan, who is currently visiting the country. During the meeting, they discussed means of enhancing co-operation ties in the areas of mutual interest.
