Total Qatar has showcased a good number of activities focusing on raising traffic safety awareness for all age groups through its booth at the 34th Traffic Week which concludes on Saturday at Darb Al Saai.
Total's activities have attracted a large number of families to the company’s booth, set up as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

Total's activities at the Traffic Week give special focus to children.

Mariam Recalde, Total's CSR adviser, pointed out that the company's efforts to spread traffic and road safety awareness among community members are going on throughout the year with visits to both government and private schools to engage students.
"Total's activities at the Traffic Week give special focus on children, through various educational activities that engage and entertain while introducing them to the basics of road safety, such as the proper use of seat belts, the meanings of traffic signs and the importance of following them strictly for their own safety," she explained.
The activities include PlayStation games, colouring activities, and the wheel of fortune quizzes, in addition to a number of booklets and colouring books handed out to the visitors. Total's staff at the booth engage with the visitors, answering their queries and distributing gifts.
Recalde stressed that Total's booth could be considered as one of the most visited places at the Traffic Week.
