His Highness the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani issued yesterday an instrument of ratification approving a draft air services agreement between Qatar and Kyrgyzstan signed in Doha on January 21, 2018.
His Highness the Emir also issued an instrument of ratification approving a draft air services agreement between Qatar and Bahamas signed in Colombo on December 5, 2017.
His Highness the Emir issued an instrument of ratification approving a draft air services agreement between Qatar and Sierra Leone signed in Doha on February 5, 2018.
Two decrees issued
His Highness the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani issued decree No 14 of 2018 ratifying a memorandum of understanding on combating crime between Qatar and Italy signed in Rome on April 16, 2012 and annexed to this decree, which shall have the force of law in accordance with Article 68 of the Constitution.
His Highness the Emir also issued decree No 15 of 2018 approving the accession of Qatar to the International Convention for the Control and Management of Ships’ Ballast Water and Sediments 2004 annexed to this decree, which shall have the force of law in accordance with Article 68 of the Constitution.
The decrees are effective starting from their date of issue and are to be published in the official gazette.
Cabinet decision approved
His Highness the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani approved yesterday the Council of Ministers decision No 14 of 2018 on the application of the provisions of law No (24) of 2002 regarding retirement and pensions on Qatari employees in global professional services company and Haider holding company.
The decision is effective starting from its date of issue and is to be published in the official gazette.
