Emir congratulates Russian president
His Highness the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani and His Highness the Deputy Emir Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad al-Thani sent yesterday cables of congratulations to Russian President Vladimir Putin on his victory in the presidential elections.

Emir gets message from Hungarian president
His Highness the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani received a written message from the President of Hungary, Janos Ader, pertaining to bilateral relations and ways to boost them. The message was received by HE the Foreign Ministry’s Secretary-General Dr Ahmed bin Hassan al-Hammadi during his meeting yesterday with the Hungarian ambassador to Qatar Fodor Barnabas.
