Doha Bank recently held its annual ‘Long-Service Awards’ ceremony to celebrate the contributions of 83 employees who have been serving the bank for decades.
Held at the Doha Bank headquarters in West Bay, the awards recognised 83 employees, who reached service milestones of 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 and 35 years.
Addressing the employees, Sheikh Abdul Rehman bin Mohamed bin Jabor al-Thani, managing director of Doha Bank, said: “These awards come as recognition of your loyalty and continuous efforts over the past years, which have helped Doha Bank deliver positive results year after year. 
“We commend your tireless contributions to Doha Bank’s phenomenal success, and thank you for setting an example for the bank’s growing workforce across countries. Your utmost commitment to the organisation has serves as a constant source of inspiration for us to continuously surpass our customers’ expectations.” 
Doha Bank CEO Dr R Seetharaman said: “Doha Bank has come a long way to establish our leading position in Qatar’s banking sector. With our unique products and services, which set new benchmarks in the industry, we earned the reputation as a people’s bank.

A special mention goes to our long-serving employees, who have spent a good part of their lives serving our organisation and our customers.”
