Doha Municipality and Qatar Mobility Innovations Centre (QMIC) agreed to co-operate in providing smart digital solutions that contribute to improving the life of the individual and the society.
During a meeting, led by director of Doha Municipality Jamal Matar al-Nuaimi and QMIC executive director Adnan Abu-Dayya, both parties agreed to promote the partnership through researching the method of how the municipality implements smart options and mechanisms available to the centre.
The Doha Municipality also hopes to devise some of QMIC’s expertise in a way that suits its objectives and strategy to serve the citizens and residents and achieve the vision of Doha as a smart city.
During the meeting, the QMIC’s team presented the solutions and innovative platforms it offers in the field of facilitating smart cities built on an information database using scientific technologies.
