His Highness the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani has sent a written message to the El Salvador President, Salvador Sanchez Ceren, pertaining to bilateral relations and means to advance and develop them. Ahmed bin Mohammed al-Horr, acting charge d’affaires at Qatar’s embassy to El Salvador, handed the message as El Salvador Foreign Minister Hugo Martinez met him yesterday.
