A key hospital in Syria's rebel-held Eastern Ghouta was put out of service on Tuesday, a medical group said, with a monitor blaming Russian air strikes.
"The Arbin hospital was hit twice today and is now out of service," said Moussa Naffa, country director in Jordan for the Syrian American Medical Society, which supported the clinic.
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, a Britain-based war monitor, said the Arbin hospital was hit in a pair of Russian air strikes.
