His Highness the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani issued the following instruments of ratification yesterday:
1. Instrument of ratification approving a draft agreement on air transport between the governments of Qatar and the US, signed in Washington on 3/10/2001.
2. Instrument of ratification approving a draft memorandum of understanding for co-operation in the field of youth and sports between the Ministry of Culture and Sports of Qatar and the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Iraq, signed in Doha on 16/1/2018.
3. Instrument of ratification approving an agreement on the cancellation of visa requirements for holders of diplomatic and private or service passports between the governments of Qatar and Ethiopia, signed in Doha on 14/11/2017.

His Highness the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani issued the following decrees yesterday:
1. Decree No 11 of 2018, ratifying a memorandum of understanding (MoU) co-operating in the education, higher education and scientific research fields between the governments of Qatar and Somalia, which was signed in Doha, on March 8, 2015.
2. Decree No 13 of 2018, ratifying a twinning agreement between Doha Municipality and Bishkek Municipality, which was signed in Doha on December 8, 2014.

Bangladesh FM
HE the Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Mohamed bin Abdulrahman al-Thani has received a written message from the Foreign Minister of Bangladesh Abul Hassan Mahmud Ali, related to the convening of the 45th session of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the OIC in May. The message was received by the Secretary-General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Dr Ahmed bin Hassan al-Hammadi, during his meeting with the ambassador of Bangladesh to Qatar Ashud Ahmed yesterday.
