HE the Minister of Transport and Communications Jassim Seif Ahmed al-Sulaiti met Ecuador’s ambassador to Qatar Yvonne Laila Khoies Abdel Baqi, in Doha yesterday. They discussed bilateral relations between Qatar and Ecuador in the fields of transportation, ports, aviation and communications, and means of further enhancing them.
