His Highness the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani has received a message from the
President of Paraguay Horacio Cartes, pertaining to bilateral relations and ways to develop them. The message was conveyed by Paraguay’s Minister of Industry and Commerce Gustavo Leite when the Emir met him at his Emiri Diwan office yesterday.
