Attorney General meets delegation from Palestine
HE the Attorney General Dr Ali bin Fetais al-Marri yesterday met a delegation of government experts of the State of Palestine concerned with the preparation of the report of the review mechanism for the implementation of the United Nations Convention against Corruption headed by Judge Bilal Abu Hantash.
During the meeting, views were exchanged on a number of legal issues of common interest in crime prevention and criminal justice as well as ways to strengthen co-operation.
The Attorney General also met the General Manager of FEIG electronics Eldor Walk to discuss the implementation mechanism of the file tracking system in the Public Prosecutor’s Office. The Public Prosecution has been ranked first in the world in the application of electronic file-tracking through RFID (Radio Frequency Identification).
