The Ministry of Economy and Commerce (MEC), in collaboration with Video Home & Electronic Centre, has announced the recall of Indesit Dryer models of 2004-2015 because the thread of clothing may be touched by a drying heater that can cause a fire.
The MEC said the recall campaign falls within the framework of its ongoing efforts to protect consumers and ensure that product dealers follow up on defects and repairs.
The MEC said that it will co-ordinate with the dealer to ensure that the measures have been carried out.
